If you need one of our products by a specific date, please email us BEFORE making the purchase. Most orders ship within 1-5 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following Business day. However, sometimes there are some items that are still listed in our store or on Ebay that are unavailable or temporarily back-ordered. We will make every effort to get those items for you , but if we cannot, you will get a full refund. We try very hard to keep this from happening but sometimes it does.
If you order from us and have a problem with delivery, whether the item is damaged (You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if any package arrives damaged), or the box gets lost, Contact us as soon as possible. we will correct any problem there is. We guarantee all of our orders.
For our International Customers ONLY : Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Nearly all International packages arrive in 7-14 days but Customs may delay the delivery of your package.

We do accept returns within 10 days of delivery. All returns must have a valid RA#. Any customer needing to make a return must e-mail us ahead of time to get a valid RA#. All returns without a valid RA# will be refused. All returns must be in the original packaging and include all original parts in unused condition. Any product that has been used is not returnable. Products that have been opened can only be returned because of missing or damaged parts. Refunds will only be issued after we receive the package and inspect the contents.
